Claudio Corallo's Chocolate
On the tiny volcanic archipelago of São Tomé e Príncipe Claudio Corallo, a tropical agronomist from Florence, Italy, lives with his family. They cultivate the descendants of the first cacao plants to arrive in Africa in 1819, as well as a collection of rare coffee plants.
The secret of the success of Claudio Corallo chocolates is not only the nobility of the cacao plants themselves, but the painstaking care taken during every stage of production. Sozo is proud to partner with Claudio Corallo to serve both Africa and local causes.
