Product Description
The majority of the grapes for this wine came from the Den Hoed Vineyard one of the oldest vineyards located in the Yakima Valley of Washington. It is a perfect area for growing Pinot Gris because of the cool nights that help retain acidity which is an important criterion for making this excellent varietal wine.
Complexity shows in the aromas of grapefruit, lemon peel, Asian pear and a hint of peach. Pears in the mid-plate with the crispness of grapefruit make this wine a perfect match for shellfish, sushi, pork, and chicken.
